"I was admitted to the surgical ICU for 5 days. Came home with 3 more weeks of home health and medical bills not paid by my medical insurance. I remembered I had a Hospital policy and thought I might as well try. I spoke with Amy at my State Farm office. She emailed me my forms needed as I couldn't drive yet. I was finally able to take the papers back to the office. I didn't complete them correctly. Amy texted me. I came back to the office and she helped me to my seat and made me comfortable. She reviewed everything so I wouldn't have to come back in. She updated me via text and phone call to let me know what was going on with my claim, even as the Christmas holidays approached. Thank you Amy for making this the easiest part about emergency medical condition. Nobody honestly wants to take advantage of something you pay for after you are hurt or have property damage. Being able to not only utilize what you pay for, but also having compassion and understanding given during this time is priceless."
